Priyantha Herath is the Founder/Chief Executive Officer at PNB Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, a knowledge and business process outsourcing company.
A senior finance professional with over 22 years’ experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, supply chain management and treasury in diverse industries including financial services, exports, manufacturing and consultancy.
He has also had extensive experience in the restructure and revival of several financial sector companies, the implementation of ERP systems and business process re-engineering projects.
Priyantha has been a visiting lecturer for the MBA Degree program at the University of Colombo and CMA Australia. He also serves as an Executive Committee Member in the University of Colombo MBA Alumni Association.
Priyantha holds an MBA from the University of Colombo and a BSc in Business Administration (Special) Degree from the University of Sri Jayawardenapura.
He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and Associate Member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka.
Priyantha also has been a paper setter and a moderator of the examinations conducted by two professional accounting bodies.
